You know, it's funny - after finally finishing steadler's design and then getting a whole bunch of Vader cars prepared for all those who had been patiently waiting for it, I thought I would just stay away from the Paint Menu for a couple of weeks and get back to some racing. Well, turns out all that did was lead me straight back to the Paint Menu.

And just noticed that... hmm, it looks like I'm going to need to lay a transparency under the area around its eye. Or over it. Either way, it's just not matching up with the rest, for some reason.

Edit: Yup - placing some transparencies over the "hot" areas smoothed everything out nicely. Old pic replaced with new pic. You guys never saw nothin'.

No tune per se, but my "revenge" Bentley is upgraded for speed and acceleration only. At the end of a straight, I have no particular need for braking and handling - that's what my victim's car is for. But I do need to be sure I am close enough to him when he starts his turn. Heh, heh...

I'm going to be dog sitting for my ex-girlfriend during the next week (don't ask - let's just say we share joint custody of one of our dogs.) Anyway, I'm going to be packing up and staying at her place during that time. I could bring my 360 over there, but all she has is a 20" SDTV and I don't think I would be able to see all the things I need to see on that crappy little screen in order to paint. So, it looks like the project will be delayed a little bit. I'll still be able to pop over to my house to use the 55" HDTV from time to time, but I won't be able to do any of my marathon painting sessions in the near future. Too bad because, since I've only got one client tomorrow, I thought Wednesday would be my big painting day. And while I'll still be able to do some work on it tomorrow, I doubt I'll have the time to finish it then like I had planned. So if you don't hear from me in a while, that's the reason.
