upon reading your blog i have to say my piece.

I'm part of a racing club on forza motorsport and have to agree that the overall best car (other than the R series cars)  has to be the rx 7, i have built a few of these cars and it has been very competative in tournaments. obviously each individual class has it's ace car. you only have to check the lap times on the website/xbox live.

so the way i see it in the lower classes are:

D CLASS - mk2 Golf

C CLASS - 5 Turbo

B CLASS - Mugen Integra

So just from this info I give, it gives the outcome that there is no absolute best car,  the car I enjoy the most is the old BMW 325, not fast, not best handler, good fun though!

Yeah I agree. The best way to find out what you want is to check the leader boards for each track. Sometimes the people are nice enough to upload their settings as well.

If u get the DLC packs the Ferrari FXX is a REALLY good car.

But without it i would have to say the GT40 or the Porsche GT3 RS

A - Evo X

S - S7

I have another question. What is better, the FXX or the F50GT? Because I don't know which pack to download. The March car pack or the December car pack? The December car pack has newer and nicer cars but if the F50GT is the best car then I should buy the March car packet. I can't decide! Can someone please post the attributes (highest speed, acceleration and all the other stuff) of the FXX and the F50GT please?
