So I know my chances are pretty low of this working but.... I sadly missed out on becoming a VIP because of cash restraints but I absolutely love this car. If there's anyone out there who is willing to part with theirs I'd be willing to pay in game credits for it.

your out of luck bud, its an exclusive car, it cant be gifted or sold in the auction house. VIP only im afraid

Afraid thats not possible XDisturbed, painted cars cant be gifted or auctioned.

As for the OP's "appears it may be tuned" Well I havent driven mine yet, but I doubt it or they would at least max out the PI too ;). It does have lighter wheels, hence the PI change. I am hoping its the same car file as standard, otherwise any tunes won't be transferable to the standard Murci ...
