Re: [community] I'm asking for your support here - T10 application

If anyone remembers well YamadaTuned was the first and if not benchmark for all tuning garage's in the tuning marketplace. Hadoq was the first person to ever actually help me get to where i am today in forza painting wise (and i am sure you all know me and my L337 skillz lol). It all started with a pm asking for my services when i was still a nobody on the race/fantasy livery section. From that i joined GS and then AG where i met alot of wonderful and 'colourful' people that are probably the nicest people on my friends list to date.

All in all i think Hadoq/yamadaman/Emmanuel is an excellent candidate since even this is just a game he still has those 'people' skills that are oh so hard to use over the internet. Hadoq is an excellent candidate for Turn 10's recruiting and would be a very valuable asset, much like Landin aka project BLKJ Hadoq has contributed very much to the forza community and is well known accross the boards. Turn 10 may not always give us the DLC we want or update those glitches or bugs BUT DO NOT PASS THIS CANDIDATE UP YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED!!!!

    Hadoq,

First of all, I really hope you will make it. First of all, u deserve it. You are a heck of a tuner, painter, and socializer. The perfect person for the job. Would really be great if Turn 10 would let u have this job. You have done great things for the community, and this is what you deserve definitely. Good luck in your adventure man...

    Wicked One:

    Hadoq,

I would like to take a moment to say kudos to you for putting yourself out there.  You have a goal and you're doing what's necessary to achieve it.  Too many people simply sit back and let opportunities pass them by.  You however are being proactive instead of reactive and for that you have gained my respect and support.

I've been in the corporate business world for a long time.  I've seen what makes someone a good employee.  You have that inner drive and motivation to succeed.  That's something which doesn't always come across in a resume.  It's one of those untangible qualities I always look for when hiring new people.

If I worked with Turn 10 and had any input in the hiring process I would do my very best to bring you on board.  I hope the right person(s) at T10 will take notice of this thread and consider doing just that.

I truly hope things work out for you sir.  Good luck to you and please keep us posted with any news of the situation.

    Sean

+1. Hadoq, best of luck getting the position, you definitely deserve it!

Re: [community] I'm asking for your support here - T10 application

HEy Hadoq, Kudos for putting yourself out in the open like this. It takes guts to post a thread basically talking about yourself. But I believe you wrote a very fair and accurate description of yourself.

Now I hate to steal your fire or put any doupt into your mind but, after reading the last Pit Pass report. It seemed like Turn 10 is looking for people that have more specialized skills like programming, Knowing how to work with 3D design software, Network expertise, these are all pretty specialized fields that require in some cases allot of schooling and experience.

Thats just my two sense, Good luck with your endeavor .

I think they would be very hard pressed to find a more dedicated and enthusiastic person to employ, judging by what you've achieved here.

Good luck and all the best to you!

Re: [community] I'm asking for your support here - T10 application

Hadoq has brought so much for Forza that he deserves the chance to proove has has the capacity to bring ideas, contents for the forecoming Forza.
Hadoq just extended the limits of the game by improving by his own means the Community.
Turn10 needs to have a closer look to what's Hadoq is capable of. Even if he doesn't know how to program or design, he knows what people want. Loads of improvment can be done for FM 3, and Hadoq will be a valuable asset to make FM3 the way every body want it to be, because the way Hadoq plays Forza is the community and I is keen to do so.
Ha has already demonstrated his skills with what he has done to our Community, this is perhaps a fraction of what he can do for you at Turn10.

It's such a pleasure to share our passion of cars and racing games that you deserve a full support. Turn10 think twice!

Hey Turn 10. I'm not a very active person on these forums with any regularity, but having read the testimonials for hadog here, I only wish I had a company to hire him. I've hired/fired lots of people in my job and consistently the only ones who are worth keeping are those that get what they are doing. It isn't just wether they know a lot, or even have one special skill, it's that they care about what they are doing. They take it personally, and no employee is better than that. From what I've read here, if you weren't looking for someone with this man's skills, then you need to be creating a place for him. When the right people come along they need to be grabbed. Even if you don't have a burning need for him now, putting him on your team will result in your not knowing how you were doing it before he arrived. If you put all the people together that have been praising hadog for what he's brought to this community you would likely find a pretty diverse group. For someone to positively influence all those different experiences here is remarkable. Good luck hadog.

Well said mate. Thats SOO true though.
For example I work at a pool and if I have Guards that dont care about their job. It says to me that they dont care about the people swimming. I dont care if they miss scrubbing the deck one night, But if they truly care about there job, they are going to rescue someone that is need the fastest and treat them with the upmost respect that they deserve.

This could carry over for Hadoq when working at Turn 10. He may not have the computer skills required at this time. But he would obviously give anything to make any position work at Turn 10. Whether that could play a role in marketing, community relations...........

Honestly Turn 10 couldn't do better then Hadoq... He's been around now only for a little while in the Replica community... since then he's helped make it come alive with his great renditions of cars that many people wouldn't touch at all... i did not know all the stuff about him that he posted in the first post... but that just solidifies my stance that he is an absolute great guy... giving to the community when he can and still even trying when he can't... I'm not good friends with him or anything actually we just spoke to each other in PM's when he won't the Livery paint competition... Even if i didn't know anything from the first post he made, i would still tell Turn10 to hire him because he's a stand up guy... sometimes you just know when you first make contact with a person if he's a "stand-up" guy... and he definately is... you can't do better than him...

    Hadoq:
You got a pertinent question here ncasolo (even tho, somehow it got deleted, maybe you edited it, I don't know), actually I did send my application email before this week's PPR, I'm looking for a job doing what I can do.

Im glad you saw that Hadoq. That post was up there for no more than 10 minutes I think. I was tempted to post something about it but thought better of it. Anyway back on topic. You certainly have the respect of a large portion of the community myself included. Good luck with your application at T10 and all future endeavors. I certainly think you would be able to bring something to the team.

Re: [community] I'm asking for your support here - T10 application

I don't know, I should try it out maybe ^^

if you guys want to see my face, I got a myspace page -> http://myspace.com/hadoqbeats

well... I had to stop by and thank you all for the support, you know, it really means alot to me, I've had PMs from very cool people encouraging me all along.

I know others might have applied as well, I'm well aware of that, I hope I didn't hurt anyone posting this thread, cause that was not my intention. So far so good, it seems allright until now.

I'm very pleased to see the support from many people, regarding to how many I've played with online, actually. But to me, forza is not just an online game, without the community, we wouldn't be where we are today. This game is going to make it to history and we're going to be a part of this.

on a more "light" note, I might have found something they can let me do ---> seems to be an opening soon over here...

    j/k of course

but I thought about a few things I could handle, regarding to my experience, so if T10 gets back to me, I'm sure we can sort things out.

message to turn 10 & community staff (moderators) -> I'm aware I might have started some potentially delicate situation here. I had to think this out for several days before taking any kind of action, I had to define the pros and cons about doing something like this. I'd be willing to take full responsibility if things happen to go wrong.

message to the community -> again, I thank you for your support. We might all be aware of the fact that nothing has be given yet, and there's chances that nothing would come out of this. Of course I'll be disappointed (spelling), maybe some of you too. But keep in mind that T10 being a company, they, sometimes, have to do difficult choices that may be hard to understand at first, but that make sense once you place them in a whole context. So I ask to everyone who supports me and my application, to remain cool with turn 10 company, they're still doing an awesome job on this game and community, and I'll still thrust them so they make the next "big thing" the best as they can.

allright, I couldn't thank yall enough for what you're doing to me here, if things go cool for me, I'll definately owe you big time and I'll do my best to use any given opportunity to get back to you somehow. Of course, respecting T10 and MS all along.
