He was featured in an HMA with his sound recording a few months back and was added to Turn 10 staff about a month later.

When in doubt, right foot out!!!

Ah, right. I do remember that. Thanks.

OT: I just set a personal best on the Street Race R3 highway race in the F1. Seems to be a speed camera top score candidate.

I buy, upgrade, and tune cars to the max. That's what I live for in Forza. I'm always in the need for more cars.

    Re: December DLC

Started off in the Hummer where I left the festival with it in stock but was surprised by just how slow it felt so immediately went to the garage and installed a bunch of parts to get it up a few classes. Drove for around 30 miles in it with all HUD items switched off and took in the atmosphere around the festival. An interesting diversion but not my kind of car really. I doubt it will see much more use.

Next I fired up the Aston Martin DBS. Admittedly a car I was missing from F4 so I am actually really glad it has been added even if it cost monies but lets not go there as someone will no doubt be along any moment to tell us all about that issue. Anyway the Aston Martin DBS was a great car in FM4, a little front heavy and occasionally hard to handle with limited grip but a personal favourite simply because it's a sweet looking car and the whole James Bond thing too. Now the Forza Horizon version has been tweaked a little in the grip department to make it an utterly glorious joy demanding to be driven around the map for endless hours of grin inducing gaming heaven.

Oh yes this car is dreamy, wonderful, built for cruising, handles twists and turns with precision and will become probably my most driven car in the game. I'll probably end up owning a few of these but right now I'm more than happy with it in stock form. Thanks to the Aston's performance and handling characteristics I never managed to try any of the other cars last night.

Used the odd 400 points on my account to buy the 5+1 free token pack, so now the F1 resides in my garage.

    Re: December DLC

All the cars have better handling over their stock FM4 versions but some have been improved more than others. Both the McLaren F1 and F1 GT are two of those cars.

The S/700 F1 isn't as fast as the S 250 GTO in a straight line, but it handles a lot better.

In R3/800 the F1 will do 247 MPH with the race cam instead of the race transmission, which cost too much PI. High speed handling similar to the CCX-R. You can do Freeway Blast without lifting, until the very end.

    Re: December DLC

Basically my thoughts about this car pack:

1971 AMC Javelin AMX: Never got it in FM4 but it's great in Horizon

2009 Aston Martin DBS: Aston Martin...'nuff said!Stick out tongue

2012 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta: Why are Ferrari's so much more fun to drive in Horizon than they are in FM4?! So much for me keeping the Ferrari/Lamborghini ratio the same! EPIC!

    2006 Ford GTX1: One word....AWESOME!

2006 HUMMER H1 Alpha Open Top: meh...not a Hummer guy...

1993 McLaren F1: Missed the regular version, glad to see it's back!

Does any on find the Ford GTX1 cockpit view very restricted? Open tops are usually the opposite.
