    2.b. Do you know the Manufacture Date and/or Model? Premium
    3. Short summary or paragraph of problems just before your 360 got 3 red lights or froze. Downloaded the Nissan pack. After buying two of the three cars, the game froze and now I get the 3 lights.
    4. Has your 360 had issues with Forza demo, or problems on other games besides Forza? Ran every game fine, even Forza has run fine until now.
    5. Have you sent it in for repair? Did you have to pay? Will be sending it in soon hopefully.

    2. Im on my third XBOX 360 (sent 2 in), had it for about a year

    3. Freezing occured not long after the new update, makes a bleep and freezes

    4. All my games have been freezing

    5. Sending it in Friday

    and yes

    I have to pay $100 for this BS

    No problems, or warning symptons. Unit was off for 24 hours on start up froze navigating dashboard, powered off, froze on next boot, power off and let sit, next boot Red Ring of Death
    4. Has your 360 had issues with Forza demo, or problems on other games besides Forza?
    No problems at all
    5. Have you sent it in for repair? Did you have to pay?
    Not yet, I'll deal with support in the morning

    3. Short summary or paragraph of problems just before your 360 got 3 red lights or froze.  No red lights for me, just a freeze in the Garage area while scrolling through my cars.  Happens semi-frequently.  A reboot seems to correct the problem.  Just annoying really.
    4. Has your 360 had issues with Forza demo, or problems on other games besides Forza? No issues with other games.  Only place I have the issue is in the "My Cars" section.  I think it gets bogged down trying to load paint.
    5. Have you sent it in for repair? Did you have to pay? No repairs.  Not going to unless 100% necessary.  My roommates' box is fine and we got them at the same time and play the same games, so it just makes it seem weird.

Did you have to pay?i sent mine back about a month ago. i did not pay. i returned it under the 3 year extended warranty. i just got my system back today. i got a different system than the one that i originally sent in. i played forza 2 for 30 minutes and it froze and i had to turn it off. that was on a brand new system. do the math people. i am going out to buy an intercooler for it tonight to see if that helps.

    i dont thinks its the game because i played MLB 2k6 for about 4hrs ounce and the next time i played i recieved the the 1 light of death and luckily i had 2 days left on my warranty that is now restarted to three years they said that my console was beyond repair they also gave me 12months of xbox live today i recieved a message saying that i need to insert the disc into an Xbox 360        Console and i took the game straught too game stop and they replaced it  i was scared for my little 360

Its frozen several times and seems to be pretty glitchy sometimes.  Certain levels don't load, but the disk is scratches lightly which I believe is from the xbox and I havent tipped it while its running. Just recently none of the wheels and tires load while ingame or in the garage area, looks kinda funny riding without rims

    3. Short summary or paragraph of problems just before your 360 got 3 red lights or froze. It started to freeze on the car select screen at which point it would beep and freeze.I rebooted it and it was ok the first few times until yesterday when i got the 3 red lights and it wouldn't turn on.

    5. Have you sent it in for repair? Did you have to pay?     Ups are picking it up on monday and i was told i won't have to pay.

    When I exit a lobby for the first time when I start it freezes.

    Yes mostly freezes on COD3 but not with demo.

    No never needed fixing.

    On my second 360, does that make it a 720?
    Had the game for 2 months

    Premium system

    Freezes in exactly the same spot each time - as soon as I cross the finishing line, and it would normally say saving game data/stats.

    This suggests to me that it's a hard disk problem.

    As stated it's now a 720, after having a 3RLdeath 6 months ago (not caused by Forza2 obviously)

    3. Never had a problem with my xbox, played forza for atleast around 30 hours of play time. This weekend i put in forza turn it on start to race and it hard locks, freeze frame. I restart, go to do something else like paint my car, hard locks durring color selection. It will now lock up almost instantly when it gets into forza 2.
    4. Just forza 2 problems.

    3. Everything was fine untill I updated the Forza 2 after that I could not see my cars and game freezed every 5 minutes and eventually got the 3 red rings

    I got the occasional freeze in Forza 2, but it was seldom and happened only when browsing cars. No problems at all in other games. Just downloaded the Nissan Tournament Pack tonight as well as the other car and now my 360 freezes in the dashboard and in all games, what seems like every few minutes. No RROD yet, but I get a beep/black screen/flashing techno colors on screen. This really pisses me off.

    None in demo, occasional freezing in retail prior to DLC.
    5. Have you sent it in for repair? Did you have to pay?
    No, but it looks like I do now. :(

    Well my xbox would only freeze for about 30 sec. to 2 min. when I exit the lobby of a game, now I did somthing that might of made the game think too hard and I think I made perminate damage to my profile... I have almost 300 cars in my garage and I think only 50 show up so I have some missing textures and it freezes in the menu when selecting a car.

    Only does it on Forza

    No, im trying to avoid the 3 red ring as much as possible

            No problems with the 360 until I got Forza Motorsport 2. Every other game I have runs flawlessly with no crashes or freezes. Forza 2 freezes often, usually during a race. Sometimes it freezes immediately after a race (upon crossing the finish line) or after saving the data to go back to the menu after a race. No 3 red lights (yet).

            The Forza 2 demo froze during a race when I tried to play it.

        I have had this 360 for 4 months, I got forza 2 the day it came out.  Previous to buying forza 2 I didn't have a single problem with a single other game.  I still do not have any problems with any other game I play, Kameo, GOW, PGR3, etc. but Forza 2 continually freezes when I play it.  Career mode took me A LOT longer than I wanted because of my game freezing during the endurance races.  I believe I started 3 or 4 of them over after being over half way done with the race due to freezes.  One time the game froze and I just waited to see if it would unfreeze and surely enough it did after about 15 or so seconds, so if yours freezes and you're in a long race, try to wait just a minute to see if it unfreezes.  I think it's definately an overheating problem.  No 3 red lights yet, but I'm done with Forza 2 until Turn 10 fixes this SERIOUS problem....

        No, but I didn't play the demo a lot.  Zero problems with other games, I can play GoW ALL DAY (10 hours straight) and not have a single freeze.  Then I go to play Forza and it freezes every 30 or so minutes.

            No repairs thus far.  But this is my second 360.  My previous 360 was a near-launch one and died about a week before I bought this one.

    2.b. Do you know the Manufacture Date and/or Model? (ex. Core, Premium, Elite) - Core (added Premium bits). Manufactured Sept 2005.

    3. Short summary or paragraph of problems just before your 360 got 3 red lights or froze. - First one broke after 5 weeks with an E71 Error after playing Fight Night Round 3. Sent it back to MS, who sent me a (refurbished) one with an earlier manufacture date. Has worked fine ever since. Then I bought Forza 2 which worked ok for a few days. Then I did the update and the game kept freezing. Then I started getting a 'Disc Unreadable' Error so I took it back to the store and exchanged it. Same thing happend, so I went and got my ££'s back.

    4. Has your 360 had issues with Forza demo, or problems on other games besides Forza? - None - Yet..... I'm scared that 3 lights are imminent so I've only played Tiger Woods which has been ok so far...

But it has reduced my faith in it working properly again. This is the only console out of (NES, Mega-Drive, SNES, N64, PS1, PS2, Gamecube and Wii) that I've had problems with. Even my Intellivision still works after 20 years! Needless to say, I will not be buying another Micros**t console. I wish I'd have waited for the PS3 release...
