Think it would be a good idea to make a format for rooms? Something easy but also answers all questions, i.e.:
Room/event Name
Type of session (friendly, competition, challenge, etc)
Time with time zone specified
Track [no. of laps]
Game Restrictions (if any)
Message to those interested with Gamertag of host or inviters
Here's an example:
Happy Hour
Friendly Session
Room Opens @ 4:45 pm PST
Drifitng begins @ 5pm PST
Tsukuba [15]
Restrictions: no R class,
"This will be recorded, edited and put on my website and in my team video.
Send me a FR or message if you want to be invited."

Of course this match is fictious, but you get the idea. It's similar to your Drift setup application everyone uses. It doesn't leave questions. Basically you could post this, people would see it, and then you would get messages of people asking to be invited. I dunno, it's an idea.
