In 2008, James challenged the Forza Community to create the livery for his new sponsor in Redline Time Attack season.  The community responded to this challenge by creating many outstanding liveries for James to choose. Andre Guerrieri, aka AG dRizZe, won the 2008 contest and got to see his design leave the Forza universe and come to life on a real car. During the 2008 season, James not only had the best-looking car on the track, but also the fastest times.

James is back for 2010 and the Takata Time Attack team has gained a new partner in LIC Motorsports. The 2008 Takata Time attack Subaru has been retired and once again James has turned to the Forza Community to design the livery for his upcoming season. Last time there were some restraints on the overall livery because of the method in which the final design was to be applied but this time around the contest is wide open since the winning livery will be a full vinyl wrap, so the possibilities are endless.
