2008 has been a great year for us here at Turn 10 studios for a myriad of reasons. Most obviously we had the opportunity to see our game and it's community evolve and grow even a year after our games release. Over this past year many things have changed right here on Forzamotorsport.net, the most evident being our new found focus on bringing you cool automotive content on a regular basis.
So for the past while I've been grabbing pictures like a madman, and as a result have a huge gallery stored on my hard drive. So taking a cue from
Autoblog.com's top 50 pictures of 2008, I present the top 25 automotive pictures posted right here at Forzamotorsport.net. Not only is it nice to select some of my favorite shots and display them together for your viewing pleasure, but it's also a great way to showcase some of the cool content you can find hidden within our
News and Articles page.

Description: Number 3 goes to this clean shot from the 2008 Seattle Auto Show. I like how the lines of the car and composition draws your eye towards the Mercedes logo up top.

Number 5: Blue Blockers - Seattle Auto Show
Description: Anyone remember Blue Blockers? Ok here's another one from the 2008 Seattle Auto Show. I love the bright blue lighting that reflects off the blue paint!

Number 6: Exige in the Rain
Description: Number 5 is this cold looking shot of this white Lotus Exige. This poor Exige was outside in the cold, but lets be honest the water drops adds to this picture.

Description: Had to get this one in here also. Not sure why but I really love the look of this picture. Maybe it's the 2007 335i's sexy front end?

Description: A nice shot of a classic Porsche tearing up Pacific Raceways here in Washington. I like the sense of speed of this one and the clarity of the target car.

Description: This sick looking Viper GTS R looked mighty fine chilling in this trailer. Almost a tease since we can't se it all, but we know it looks just as hot from the front.

Description: Yes more 84-86 Corollas. I love the depth of this shot and the extreme long focus. Draws the eye nicely and AE's are the best. Ha!

Description: This event was really sick, and this is the best shot. I had a chance to get up-close and personal with these rides as they killed the middle section at Evergreen Speedway. Definitely check out our coverage of the event!

Number 15: John Wendl Behind the Wheel
Description: John Wendl waits patiently for his run group to hit the track in this shot. Armed with a race prepped spec Miata, John took to the track to rep T10!

Description: This intimidating picture of Stu's beastly Toyota Supra is nice and clean. Of course this car is a serious machine when you look past the skin, so definitely check out our feature!

Description: Here's a nice shot of a R32 Nissan Skyline chilling at Evergreen Speedway. I love the reflection in the bumper...a Skyline reflected on a Skyline...how appropriate.

Description: Check out Turn 10's Adam Wilson along for the ride in this clean BMW E30 as it slides gracefully at the SCCA drift day.

Description: This front emblem belongs to a pristine 69 Nissan Skyline 2000 GTR. This car made a big impression on me at Hot Import Nights, but unfortunately our coverage of this show has dissapeared, so no source link.
Number 20: Nice Wheels - Jaguar XK R
Description: So this picture wasn't ever published on the website, however I like it and it would have been posted if this Jag dealership had more in stock! So here it is at number 20.
Number 21: Audi R8 Looking Fresh
Description: The new Audi R8 is still one of the most aggressive looking cars on the market today. Love the styling and this picture really shows off it's rear end. Looking good!

Number 22: Super Autobacs Skyline R34 - Formula D Round 5
Description: Ok this car is just plain hotness. I love basically everything about it, and this shot shows off it's tidy rear spoiler. Sure "GT Wings" are played out but lets cut this skyline some slack shall we?

Number 23: Blacked out BMW
Description: Another BMW front end makes the cut at Number 23. I just enjoy the agressive front end mixed with the agressive angle. Makes it look like this sedan in ready for action!

Number 24: Unorthodox Nissan R32
Description: Ok so I know it's unorthodox to shoot facing the sun, but I didn't have much of a choice here with so many people. Well what do you know I was able to get this cool looking shot! Once again this image is from our missing HIN article :(
Number 25: Windows Down...Check
Description: And finally we have this shot that had to make the cut just for sheer entertainment. After telling me to take a few steps back, Turn 10's Matt Laverty busts out a crazy puddle donut...with his windows down nonetheless! Epic picture.
