This past Sunday I took the 30 minute drive down to Pacific Raceways to check out Turn 10's Content Director, John Wendl, tearing up the track for a second time in a fully prepped Spec Miata. I was interested to see him out on the track for a second time, and also interested in snagging some better action shots thanks to my new camera. Of course the racing experience is always exciting to watch, but as I mentioned before it's really different when you know the person behind the wheel! Once again John had a great event and ran some really close racing, so it was more than worth it to make the trip down to Pacific Raceways.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a whole bunch of really sick cars at the event, some of which belonged to full racing teams while others belonged to spectators in the crowd.
